We’re delighted to welcome Jade Nguyen Swanson to the PMG Family as Director of Business Development.
With nearly 20 years of digital and direct mail fundraising experience, Jade will initially focus on supporting the growth of The Engage Group.
Leveraging her digital strategy and technical expertise, Jade will help us meet the growing demand for broader digital capabilities and integrated, multi-channel fundraising solutions.
With Jade’s leadership, we will be better able to expand offerings into search engine marketing, paid social, digital media strategy, and other emerging channels.
In addition to her consulting experience, Jade is a strong and engaged volunteer leader within the nonprofit community. She served as DMAW President in 2023 and is a current DMAW Board Member. She co-founded the DMAW Multi-Channel Mini-Con and recently helped organize The Nonprofit Alliance’s Rising Leader Summit. She also co-hosted the 2025 DMAW MAXI Awards last October. A frequent industry speaker, Jade has led educational sessions at the Bridge Conference. Wow.
While many know Jade from all her industry involvement, here are a few fun facts about her you may not know: 1) she loves to crochet little animals and hats, 2) she’s team Starbucks but sneaks off to Dunkin’ for their addictive hash browns, and 3) once a year, she dresses up in character to participate in runDisney events.
Jade has been a wonderful colleague and partner of ours for many years. We’re thrilled that she’s now an official member of The Engage Group and the larger PMG Family!
